Tiruchirappalli International Airport (TRZ) Welcomes Two New Lounges

The Bangalore Airport Services Limited (BASL) has opened two new O’Vetra Lounges at the Tiruchirappalli International Airport (TRZ) in India.
These two Tiruchi lounges feature local art, architecture, and materials. There is a Kolam-inspired reception wall, soft blue flooring with bamboo chitai along the ceiling. Both locations also include standard amenities, such as complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, magazines, refreshments, espresso, and (PRM-compliant) restrooms, ensuring inclusivity and ease of access for all passengers. Both locations are open 24 hours.
Domestic Lounge
The domestic lounge is the smaller of the two, spanning 4,844 square feet (450 m²) with a capacity for 107 travellers.
International Lounge
The international lounge is slightly larger, spanning 6,674 square feet (620 m²) with capacity for 150 travellers. This lounge also offers shower facilities for those travelling or connecting internationally.
Access
These lounges are both partnered with Priority Pass and Dragon Pass. So if you have a membership with them, you can get complimentary access to the lounge.
Closing Thoughts
Tiruhi currently operates airline service with six carriers and offers service to 17 cities. Tiruchi airport now has four lounges for customers to choose from. The addition of these two O'Vetra lounges will greatly enhance customer experience and help alleviate crowding.
