American Express Updates App with Wait Times and Passport Stamps

American Express has released an update to its existing American Express app for both Apple (iOS) and Google (Android) devices. The update features an enhanced way to book travel, an all-new Passport feature, and now includes Estimated Wait Times within the Centurion Lounge Digital Waitlist feature.
The new features will be available to iOS users starting September 18 and to Android users a few weeks following.
Centurion Lounge Enhancements
The Centurion Lounge Digital Waitlist feature has been upgraded to include an estimated wait time for lounge entry (if the lounge is at capacity). This feature enables travelers to plan their visit more effectively, ensuring a smoother airport experience.
Amex Passport
I experimented with the Passport feature, and it is pretty cool. Actually, it is my first-ever NFT, yet I was disappointed that I only had one passport stamp. However, it makes sense because I hardly ever use my American Express cards when I travel abroad. U.S. Consumer Card members can access Amex Passport through the Amex app now under the menu Account -> Settings -> Try New Features
