Escape Lounge opens at Edinburgh Airport (EDI) in Scotland

Escape Lounges has opened its first lounge in Scotland at Edinburgh Airport (EDI) on June 27th, 2025. This new common-use lounge is open to the public daily from 04:00 to 22:00 (10 pm) and is located near gate 4 in the main terminal.

Amenities

The modern lounge pays homage to Edinburgh through its art and design elements throughout the space. The lounge features warm lighting and an abundance of plants.

There is a full-service buffet offering a variety of items, including porridge, pork & haggis patties, eggs, and muffins. For lunch and dinner, some options include sandwiches, tandoori chicken, turmeric rice, quiche, various snacks, and much more.

The fully stocked bar offers a variety of choices, including local beer and spirits, such as Tennents Lager, Bell's Original Scotch Whisky, and Edinburgh Gin Original. There are also non-alcoholic options for cocktails and wine.

As a common-use lounge, any departing passenger can access the lounge, with several options available for entry. For starters, the lounge has partnered with Priority Pass, DragonPass, and Lounge Key to offer complimentary access to members with valid memberships. The lounge also offers the option to book a discounted reservation for £39.99 (~$54 USD) or pay at the door for £49.00 (~$66 USD). Children under the age of 3 can access the lounge free of charge when accompanied by an eligible adult.
