Gameway Gaming Lounge Opens New Location at Detroit (DTW) Airport A17

Gameway has opened its second gaming lounge at Detroit Wayne County Airport (DTW). This new "Classic" gaming venue is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00 (9:00 pm). This location is found in Concourse A (south side), near gate A17 in the McNamara Terminal.

The opening of this new location is part of the continued refresh happening at DTW, which was announced last year with the addition of 12 new retail shops, six restaurants, and two video game lounges. The other Gameway lounge at DTW is an "Ultra" lounge and is located in the north side near Gate A17. The Ultra lounge is similar to the Classic but also offers canned alcoholic beverages.

This gaming lounge features 12 individual gaming stations equipped with PlayStation or Xbox consoles pre-loaded with games. There are also 5 high-performance gaming Windows PCs, paired with exclusive Corbeau gaming chairs to enhance your gaming experience. Or, for a nostalgic experience, head to our retro game bar where you can enjoy classic consoles and games. The lounge also offers pre-packaged snacks and beverages available for purchase.

Closing Thoughts
I think (98% sure) that this is considered a "Classic" lounge and does not offer any alcoholic beverages. There are currently ten Gameway lounges located throughout the United States, with one new one planned to open later this year at Chicago (MDW).
