LATAM Airlines Lounge in Miami (MIA) Joins the Priority Pass Network
There is no shortage of Priority Pass-eligible airline lounges around the world. However, I do get excited when a new location is added inside the United States.
Today, The VIP Lounge (operated by LATAM Airlines) in Miami (MIA) was added to the Priority Pass network. This lounge is located in the South (J) Terminal near gate J3. This inclusion will now bring the total number of Priority Pass lounges at MIA to three (joining two existing Turkish Airlines lounges).
Priority Pass has 23 U.S. and 86 worldwide airline lounges in its network. Currently, LATAM operates eight lounges worldwide, with the Miami location being the only one in the United States. There are also rumors that a new LATAM lounge will soon open in Lima.

Closing Thoughts: I look forward to seeing how this lounge compares to the Turkish Airlines lounge in Concourse H (the nicer of the two Turkish lounges in Miami). I also look forward to seeing how they control crowding with the additional guests, but no matter what, I am excited to have another option when in South Florida.
