The USO Opens New Lounge at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)
The USO has opened a new lounge at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). This new construction opened its doors on October 10, 2025, and is located in Terminal E (post-security). The new USO Philadelphia lounge spans 2,762 square feet (257 m²) and is open daily from 06:00 - 18:00 (6 pm).
Here in Philadelphia, the USO has a special mission. We help United States Coast Guard recruits on their way to Cape May Training Center, and we also help with escorting families when they travel through Philadelphia for dignified transfers at Dover Air Force Base. Opening this new space starts a new era for the USO at the Philadelphia International Airport. And we’re proud to be a part of a mission that helps service members and their families to feel welcome, supported, and connected in the city of Philadelphia.- Arora Jessica Reid, Executive Director of the USO in Philadelphia

Closing Thoughts
This new lounge was a nice upgrade to the previous lounge. Being located airside allows eligible members to use the lounge before and after their flights. It is also a great place when traveling with kids.
