Jabbrrbox and IWG Announce Worldwide Expansion of 3,750 Work Pods

Jabbrrbox and International Workplace Group (IWG) have announced an exciting partnership to roll out 3,750 Smart Work Pods worldwide over the next three years.
This partnership will expand the flexible work locations IWG offers to its already well-established Regus brand. The new pods will be marketed as both Jabbrrbox and Regus brands. Pods will be placed in key locations, such as airports, train stations, retail locations, hospitality centers, corporate office buildings, and conference/trade show locations.
With the rapid adoption of flexible and hybrid models, work for many is no longer confined to a single office. With this strategic partnership, we are bringing Jabbrrbox's technology-driven workspaces to more people, in more places, than ever before,Brian Hackathorn, Co-Founder & Joint CEO at Jabbrrbox.
Jabbrrbox pods are high-tech, privacy-enabled work areas that allow customers privacy to have meetings or focus on work. The pods have a large touchscreen monitor, comfortable seating, a desk, and charging ports, enhanced ventilation, and Class A soundproofing. I have seen these at various airports, such as Austin (AUS) and Seattle (SEA), and are located at a handful of other airports. These have been marketed as Escape Pods, WorkSpace, and Jabbrrbox. Jabbrrbox has two models of pods: the Jabbrrbox 4U (single-user privacy pod) and Jabbrrbox 4ALL (four-person, wheelchair-compliant pod).
Recently, I noticed some pods (at the Austin airport) had their branding removed, leaving me to wonder what was happening with them. The answer seems now apparent: they will hopefully soon be rebranded and upgraded.

IWG's community of more than 8 million users will now have access to Jabbrrbox units in public spaces, boosting utilization rates and increasing the overall value of each unit. IWG offers an extensive portfolio of 18 global brands with 5,000 locations globally in 122 countries. The business has a significant presence around key travel hubs, enabling workers to stay productive no matter where they are.

Closing Thoughts
This announcement excites me since I have used these private work pods and found them useful for private video meetings or working. I have never seen the Jabbrrbox 4ALL pod in person, but I am excited to review one as soon as possible. Also, in the past, Priority Pass has partnered with Jabbrabox; I hope that happens in the future to allow travelers additional options when on the go.
