The Primeclass Lounge at JFK-T4 has been renamed to HelloSky Lounge

The Primeclass Lounge at the New York (JFK) International Airport (Terminal 4) was recently renamed to HelloSky. This change was not announced anywhere in the news and happened sometime last month (March 2025).

As far as I can tell, this is another example of a lounge simply changing owners. Looking at recent photos, they have dropped the (red) Primeclass branding and replaced it with the HelloSky brand. Terminal 4 at JFK has an impressive 12 lounges, including the freshly minted HelloSky lounge. The Air India Maharajah lounge, which is located in Terminal 4, is operated by Primeclass, and there is another Primeclass lounge at JFK, which is located in Terminal 1.

HelloSky operates lounges, relaxation rooms, showers, and fast-track services at a few airports around Europe, including Rome (FCO), Milan Bergamo (BGY), and Madrid (MAD). This location will be the first location outside of Europe.

Priority Pass has updated the previous Primeclass Lounge page with images and information referencing the new HelloSky name. The Primeclass website still shows the T4 Primeclass lounge, but will likely be updated in the near future.

Closing Thoughts

I visited the JFK (T4) Primeclass Lounge last year at the end of August and spent about 30 minutes there. Overall, it was an OK lounge but lacked many elements of other solid lounges. I'm curious if the rebrand brought any changes inside of the lounge or if it was simply a rebranding.
