2026 Newsweek Readers' Choice Best United States Lounge Awards
Newsweek has released their results from the 2026 Readers' Choice Best Lounges in the United States survey. This year they broke up the list into two categories: the Best Airport Lounge and the Best Luxury Airport Lounge.
American Airlines, American Express Centurion, and Capital One had the most nominations, and Dallas (DFW), New York (LGA), and New York (JFK) were the airports with the most winners. Below is the list of lounges ranked in order of best, selected by expert panelists and contributors and voted on by readers for exceptional quality and distinctive excellence.

Closing Thoughts
For this blog, I keep up with multiple annual awards to keep a pulse on the best lounges, including Dragonpass, Priority Pass, SKYTRAX, World Travel Awards, and now Newsweek. As far as airports go, DFW won with the most lounge winners, but the east coast had the biggest concentration of winners. I am a little surprised a United Polaris Lounge was not listed in the awards.
